The SwissCaution guarantee replaces the classic rental guarantee deposit within the limit of the rental guarantee amount and is established in favor of the lessor in the form of non-banking security insurance.
SwissCaution commits to guarantee payment of all debts resulting from the lease within the limit of the rental guarantee amount required by the lessor
Conditions
The amount of the annual premium is set at 5% of the guarantee for a lease taken in a private name and for a lease taken by a company, on the imperative condition that a personal guarantor commits to the reimbursement of possible damages by the co-debtor.
For a lease taken by a company without a personal guarantor, the amount of the annual premium is set at 9% of the guarantee.
