We guarantee private leases exclusively.

One of the lessees must be a Swiss citizen or holder of a residence permit B or C.

• You have no deposit to make
   
• You return the request for rental guarantee duly signed with the copy of your lease and a piece of identity and pay us a fixed entry fee of CHF 231.- (federal stamp of  5% included), which covers your rental guarantee until 31 December of the current year.
   
• Once these two conditions are met, your guarantee certificate will be immediately established and sent to your rental agency as well as a copy for yourself.
   
•  Each subsequent year you will pay an annual premium of 5% of your rental guarantee, plus the administration cost of CHF 20.- (federal stamp of 5% to be added).

   1. Fill in your rental guarantee request click HERE
   2. Make the payment of your fixed entry fee of CHF 231.- with the help of  BVR e-banking
   3. In order to complete your request, print your guarantee request and return it to us ,signed with the copy of your lease and a piece of identity,  by fax 0848 841 850 or by mail to SwissCaution
   4. Upon reception, we will immediately send the rental guarantee certificate to your rental agency  along you’re your copy.
       

2. By telephone:

   Call 0848 001 848, and one of our advisors will immediately handle your request.
    

3. In our office:

   Our advisors can welcome you Monday to Friday  from  8.30 am - 17.30 pm.
    

4. At your rental agency:
    

   1. Fill in the request for rental guarantee at your rental agency
   2. Make the payment of your fixed entry fee of CHF 231.—with the help of  BVR e-banking
   3. Return the completed and signed form to us, with a copy of your lease and a piece of identity, by fax 0848 841 850 or by mail to SwissCaution
   4. Upon reception, we will immediately send the rental guarantee certificate to your rental agency with a copy for yourself.
       

5. At the post counter:

You can request a SwissCaution rental guarantee at the counter of more than 1000 post offices across Switzerland! The big post offices, category A to I, are concerned.
